Privacy Notice

In short

To book, you share your name, mobile number, the doctor, and the day and time you want. You enter this on our booking page, and we send your confirmation to your WhatsApp. We use it only to arrange your appointment. We never ask why you are visiting.

What the booking form collects

• Your name and mobile number
• Your village or area (optional, to tell apart patients who share a name)
• The doctor you chose, and the day and time you want

When you press "Confirm Appointment", we store your token number, name, mobile number, optional area, doctor, and slot time in our clinic register (hosted on Cloudflare, open only to signed-in clinic staff). This holds your slot, lets reception manage the day's OPD queue, lets you look up or cancel your token with your mobile number, and lets us send your confirmation on WhatsApp. Nothing is saved in your browser. Reception also records the same details when you register as a walk-in at the desk. Public pages never show any patient's name, number, or token.

Your patient record

So we don't register you twice, the clinic keeps one patient record per person with a patient ID (like EPP-00042): your name, mobile number, optional area, the date you first registered, your past appointments (doctor, date and time), and the lab tests we did for you. It never holds the reason for your visit. Only clinic staff with their own login can see it, and lab staff see only what they need for lab reports.

Lab reports

When your lab report is ready, our lab staff upload the PDF and we send it to your WhatsApp, to the mobile number you confirmed at the clinic, together with a private link to view or download it again on this website. The link only opens after you enter the last 4 digits of that mobile number, works for 30 days, and locks after repeated wrong tries. Report files are stored privately on Cloudflare; there is no public address for them. To send the PDF, a copy passes through our WhatsApp Business provider (Meta).

Visitor statistics

To see which pages people look at, the website counts page visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics. It uses no cookies and stores nothing on your device, does not follow you across other websites, and never records anything you type, including search words. It counts the pages viewed, the website that sent you here, your country, and your device and browser type, and only as totals.

How we use your details

Only to arrange and confirm your appointment and deliver your lab reports, which means sending your WhatsApp confirmation and reports and, if the doctor is delayed or unavailable, calling you on the number you gave. We do not sell your details or use them for advertising.

Other services involved

• WhatsApp (WhatsApp Business by Meta) carries your booking confirmation and your lab report, under WhatsApp's own privacy policy.
• Cloudflare hosts this website. It handles basic technical data, such as IP addresses, to deliver the pages and protect the site from attacks, and provides the visitor statistics described above.
• Google Maps shows the map in "Visit us". Google may collect data when the map loads, under Google's own privacy policy.

Your choices

You can ask us what details we have from you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete your messages. Call 97977 96909 or WhatsApp 94190 55528. If you would rather not use WhatsApp, you can book by calling us instead.

Changes

If we change how we handle your details, we will update this page and the date at the top.
